Morning Yoga Class with Catch & Rise

A thoughtfully balanced class focused on grounding, gentle strength, and deep stretching, designed to help you feel calmer in your mind and steadier in your body without wearing you out. Expect intentional movement, plenty of space to breathe, and just enough challenge.

Please bring your own mat if you have one. A very limited number of mats will be available to rent on a first come, first served basis. This is an adult-only event. No experience needed! Just show up and leave feeling better than when you came.
